Top 3 Things I’ve Noticed After Moving Back to WA from CA: 1) Speed limits are a bit slower, and EVERYONE follows them like there’s nowhere to go but jail. 2) There are two resting faces: friendly and sourpuss. 3) The DMV experience was painless and dare I say delightful.
