There is a very dangerous culture in education whereby adults imagine what instruction should look like according to romantic notions rather than function (I.e., what works). There is no question this culture privileges “instruction-proof” kids & is at the heart of inequity.

I'm thrilled by the results. I wonder if this means folks are planning to test in person this fall. I have concerns there-another time. I'm thrilled to announce our paper on validity concerns w/ remote testing has been accepted! Preprint available here: psyarxiv.com/2py3j

COVID-19 has changed the face of #schoolpsychology in some ways. Remote assessment now has a larger role. But is it ready for mainstream use? Articles available: tinyurl.com/yy7abf4x & psyarxiv.com/2py3j COI note: Ryan Farmer (he/him), R. McGill, and A. Lockwood coordinate EBSP.
