My generation was psyoped into believing cutting weight makes you weaker and ‘bulking’ makes you stronger. But whenever I cut I GET STRONGER. There’s no reason to ever be above 15% body fat.

Joel Kellett is not a weight lifter. He’s a body builder. His goal isnt to lift heavy weight. His goals to build his body. Yes, the weights increase as muscle mass increases. But he ignores the ego. Incredible form allows him to stimulate more muscle growth w/ less weight.

I used to make extravagant healthy alternative recipes but eventually you realize it’s just not worth it to make random bullshit everyday. But these Flying Dutchman burgers are worth the hassle.
