Pre-treatment of PTR-MS data paired with TDS/TCATA sensory data proposed. Joint analysis by Regularized Generalized Canonical Correlation Analysis (RGCCA) suggested that TDS was sligthly better suited for correlation to flavor release data. doi.org/10.1002/cem.34…
