Our favorite grocery delivery company (Natoora) sells a phenomenal brand of Cantabrian anchovy, Conservas Olasagasti (Conservas Olasagasti). 4.23oz are $19.10. 1 kg is $77.00. Obviously there's a price advantage to buying bulk. But what would/should I do with a kilo of anchovies?
