Don't confuse Reactions with Reasons. Anxiety and behaviour are reactions which are often talked about as reasons. There's not point in trying to reduce anxiety if you don't change the reasons why someone is anxious. 2/

I had the pleasure of addressing reps from BBC, ITVx, S4C & Daily Mail group last week at the Disability Wales annual conference. I talked about how people are afraid to say the wrong thing. We need to role model making mistakes in public & recovering from them.

Everyone knows that I love a tiny man. I'm not even being sarcastic. Y'all know my former partner, all of 4'11". I'm not allowed near David Miscavige though, because I have a compulsive urge to pick him up and apparently that's not the done thing. See you in Saint Hill, David!
