I am having some issues with SwiftData and not refreshing the screen. I have GardenVegetableDetailScreen which fetches notes based on the planted vegetable. It opens a sheet "AddNotesScreen" which allows adding notes. The sheet closes but the GardenVegetableDetailScreen does
