Yesterday the Macmillan MDT at Singleton Hospital helped a patient walk his daughter down the aisle. Using a person centred approach & embracing risk enabled them to make his dream come true. Outstanding work! Swansea Bay NHS jivey @TracySBUHB Jan @Anthony34174504
