My simple take is this: you want to reduce the cost of eating out? You want to support local restaurants? Get off your lazy fucken ass, grow up enough to make a phone call, and order direct to your local fucking restaurants. Uber takes >30%. You pay more. It kills small business.

What an incredible coincidence: our property just sold to a first home buyer, 16% above reserve. And we’re in Victoria so that was a genuine listing with a genuine reserve based on historical sales in the area. This policy is an absolute disaster for affordability.
