I’m going to start tweeting things people say to me during interviews that inspire me. The quote today, “If you don’t have joy in your life, you have a problem. You have to smile, you have to smile every day.”

Day 2 of sharing inspiring things people say to me during interviews: “to be able to take things as they come whether it be on this farm or in life and have a positive attitude- well, it’s our choice, right?”

Day 3 of sharing inspiring things people say to me during interviews. This one is coming from an 108 y/o woman who just published a children’s book: “You keep asking about age. I never think about age. The trick is to stay curious. Stay positive. Stay kind.”

Day 4 of sharing inspiring things people say to me during interviews: “I mean, I was once in that situation where I was homeless. I figure, since I’m trying to get back on my feet, I gotta help other people do the same thing.”
