We supported Thornton getting the water, but we wanted them to use the "Poudre River Option," not a pipeline through Larimer County:

The Fort Collins "Water Efficiency Plan," noted herein, includes the proposed new $300+ million 100+ foot-tall on-channel dam on the North Fork of the Poudre River, which will deplete mainstem Poudre River flows through Fort Collins. It's mentioned 9 times in the Plan.
