What about this Gareth Griffiths⬇️ "expert" who came in 2022 to sort things out? Is he still there? Has he achieved anything? How much are we paying/have we paid him? There's a bigger mess than ever now in vascular services with AAA suspended at YGC Who's accountable? #fail
