Anyone travelling from Stettler AB to Swift Current Sk in the next few day? Got a crate I need delivered, ~300 lbs @Irish_Pikey

We’re swath grazing and have a creek that stays open, is shallow and great quality water. But in lieu of chopping ice we get to shovel a tunnel through this drift every couple days

I don’t think words can convey how pumped I was to get this all positioned just right! Milling barley, out of one bin and back into the next.

There's a 5' fence in this entire video, but you can hardly see any of it. 8' slabs above the water bowl. That red thing is the water bowl...#letitsnow

Here's another, there's approx 250 round bales in this image, how many can you spot? In the foreground is the top of portable drill stem panels...buried!

Max LPI coverage for end of October 850 steer $3000/hd 600 steer $2550/hd Incredible for the animals we already own. Fricken stressful for the ones were trying to buy right now.

When Happy wanted the chq from his first tourny before he left the course... That's how I felt while waiting in the office of G3 after delivering a 3-ton worth of lightweight feed barley. #headturner #smallesttruckinthelineup #bigchequewouldbecool

May is the month where our forage and human resources are the tightest. Planted fall rye next to our calving pasture and had a new water hole dug last fall too...voila! Easiest month of calving since we started in cattle! #winning

Fall rye question. We grazed this hard and now the herd has moved on. I'd like to spray it and let the rye come back. How the heck do you stage it after a hard graze? Just spray?

First time we've ever put up wet feed on this operation. Well...at least this is the first time we intended to put it up wet.

Question for cattle folks. We got a few dugouts made. The sides of these seem too steep to me, but the ends are acceptable for cattle to go in/out. Do steep sides like this lead to drowned cattle or would they find their way to the end? Picture it either full or 3/4 full

Same spot, different angle, and few months apart. But it's funny how 12' deep snowbanks can help grow the forage. Now, to get tree rows across all of my acres...🤔

Got this XCN and NAV 500 with an ez steer. Moved the whole system from tractor to swather and the ez dropped off and it won't find it again. Any suggestions?

I needed an extra long broom handle. Found this in the shop, asked grandma if I could steal it, not knowing what it was from. She said yes, and said it's a tent pole. Tent pole, from what? My great grandpa would drive cattle from here to meadow lake (460 km), slept in tents!
