The SRO is a mockery of Constitution & rule of law. Like earlier attempts in 2014, this too is aimed at legalizing DMG(PAS) occupation of Provincial posts. Even BS 21/22 DMGs dont want to serve Federal Govt rather live & die at provincial govt's expense .
