Great to be in Binghamton yesterday—thanks to WNBF for having me on. Southern Tier communities are being hit hard by crime and a lack of accountability, and Letitia James continues to turn a blind eye. New Yorkers deserve an Attorney General focused on keeping them safe.

Nine New Yorkers have been pushed onto the subway tracks this year — this should never happen in New York. We can prevent subway crimes by enforcing transit laws and banning repeat and violent offenders from the subways. As Attorney General, I will create a Transit Crime Strike

I was glad to join Nicole Malliotakis and local leaders in Staten Island on Saturday morning to hear the concerns of residents protesting the construction of a homeless shelter. People are protesting the building of homeless shelters because, far too often they bring drugs and crime

Heartbroken for this innocent life lost in Brooklyn. New Yorkers should never have to live in fear like this. I will always stand for victims, enforce the law, and fight to restore safety in our communities. See my full statement ⬇️

I’ve stood in places just like this—where New Yorkers are simply trying to get to work or take care of their families. They shouldn’t have to worry about their safety. It’s time for leadership that puts them first.

Met with law enforcement leaders in Putnam County today to talk about the real impact of New York’s bail reform laws and Raise the Age laws. They’re seeing the same offenders cycle in and out—back on the streets instead of being held accountable. New York’s soft-on-crime

Closing Rikers without a real plan isn’t reform—it’s reckless. There is available jail capacity upstate, including right here in Putnam County. Use it. Keep career criminals off the streets and protect law-abiding New Yorkers.

Great night at the Columbia County GOP Lincoln Dinner. We’re building momentum across New York — and we’re just getting started.

This is a tremendous moment for justice. Congratulations to my friend Suffolk County District Attorney and his team for achieving this result, never forgetting the victims and their families, and bringing some measure of closure and accountability to this community. nytimes.com/live/2026/04/0…

New Yorkers should not have to worry about random acts of violence like this. We need an Attorney General who will actually prosecute crime and reduce the number of homeless and mentally ill on the streets. NY AG Letitia James has failed— assaults are up 20% under her watch. Time

New York’s homelessness crisis is getting worse—and the people in charge have no plan. Leaving people on the streets without treatment isn’t compassion—it’s neglect. We need leadership that will actually fix this.

“I want to start terror, bro.” That’s what was said on camera. And it’s been 33 days since Letitia James has said a word. New Yorkers deserve an Attorney General who takes threats like this seriously — not silence.

It was great to visit with so many Asian American community leaders last night, and be joined by former Cabinet Secretary Elaine Chao. We are united in our belief that New York deserves better, and we will be working hard, together, through Election Day to improve our great
