Grade 7's have been working hard on their Thrill Ride blue print designs and construction! Can't want to see their presentations next week and if their egg (representing the human brain) survives! Masonville PS Amy Mitchell
Working with 2 page spreads within my grade 7 placement. Thinking about balance & impact of text features as we 'unscramble' puzzle pieces & describe location & purpose! Students prepare to make their own 2 page spread for the health unit Substance use & abuse Masonville PS
So exciting to see these tessellation designs starting to come together in students draft work! Here, we are working to create a 'barn tile' design using various transformations like: rotations, reflections & translations all on a Cartesian plane. Amy Mitchell Masonville PS
Pure substances and mixtures fun with our final lesson with Miss. Layton making ice cream- there was some pop up parental chocolate chip thieves...but it was tons of fun Masonville PS
