Last weekend 15 athletes travelled to Sweden to compete at the Växjö Indoor Throws Meeting 🇸🇪 This competition provides a rare opportunity for athletes to compete indoors across javelin, discus and shot! What a great start to the season! ➡ bit.ly/Vaxjo24

Eadie keeping us on our toes to get to BUCS final with a huge 13 second PB. Coming from 50m down in 7th to a fantastic 5th. Brighton teammate Lois in 6th and also progresses.

Double county Champion 1500 & 800 for Henry and county Jav champ with a squeaky PB for Dulcie, tentatively coming back after 10 weeks of injury and no training. The highs and lows of athletics.
