Today, we had a bit of champagne to honor Joana Carvalho and Andrada Ianus , who are starting their own Labs very (!!!) soon. It's an end of an era in the Lab. Joana and Andrada, It was a real pleasure to work together. Exciting times await you, & I wish you my utmost best!
Very proud - Sara Pires Monteiro (co-supervised by Patrícia Figueiredo) developed a new experimental setup for higher resolution (>x10 ) CBF mapping in rodents, with sequences by our collaborators Emmanuel Barbier and Lydiane Hirschler shorturl.at/YIaC3 Setup designs are provided!
Using her setup, Sara Pires Monteiro showed that the CBF mapping can be done not only with higher resolution, biut also, provide much more reproducible CBF maps. e.g. here:
