Farewell Mr Dennett. Your book Consciousness has been more helpful to me on my spiritual quest than all the meditation lectures.

That’s kind of insulting! Software could be the only industry where you have tectonic shifts overnight. ChatGPT comes. You mint money by integrating pdf documents into gpt4 API. ChatGPT just adds your “startup” as a feature :/

A much more sensible use of AI than that imbecilic FB app that people have been using to showcase how they would have looked decades ago if some divine hand had given them a makeover 😃

Justified. This is why I think small-arms act as a great leveller for “fear” in society. There is no dearth of illegal small-arms available only to local rowdies to dominate the area. If more civil-minded people had licensed small-arms, it would bring back a level of symmetry.

Similar to the situation in India. Poverty alleviation schemes have led to a labour crisis. People are seen preferring to earn just enough in the cities to take off for a 4 month vacation with family in their villages. Maybe, they have no incentive to work for “more” peanuts.

Reading this excellent book Khan Academy but have to disagree here. Actually humans don’t correlate on as much data as a machine. They are “lazy-optimised” and form heuristics quickly. That’s the reason implicit biases exist. Actually, the converse of what you are saying is true.

Murshidabad people are generally very inventive. Back in 1996 or so, there was a man in Hariharpara who had strapped a kind of hammock between two motorcycles to make an “ambulance” as his village was not accessible to 4-wheelers because of the narrowness of the road.

If your hobby is coding, and you have a bunch of projects scattered all over your machine as well as in the cloud, you need a kind of quick starter to jump into a project. Move to this directory, activate this virtual environment, run this server .... sanjaysingh13.github.io/ProjectDocumen…
