IT’S THE WEEKEND, BABY!

Yesterday would have been our 1st track meet. Today, my tradition was to stand by the stairwells and watch kids limp/wobble up/down the stairs. I of course would console them by making fun of them for not running enough over spring break. It is the little things you miss. :)

One day I'm going to write a book about the importance of having a diverse portfolio of hobbies and passions. You never know when something you love will be taken away. If all your happiness comes from 1 or 2 sources, losing one could be devastating. Need several to lean on.

Pro Teaching Tip: When you write a really hard test make sure you take that day off work, as to avoid student rage. Also, do it on a Friday so that by Monday they will have almost forgotten about it. THEN, out of nowhere, curve the test so that you are a hero. #winning
