We enjoyed the Monster’s Game last Friday, with our own Lincoln Singers performing on the Jumbotron to open the evening.

I’m so appreciative of this collaboration with Mrs. Murphy who helped all 5th graders explore the frequencies and pitch of their musical instruments. #soundenergy #physicalscience #oscilloscope #music

Students sketched the frequencies (and amplitude), then ranked the instruments from highest to lowest pitch. We even had side-by-side play in order to double-check our observations and rank.

2nd Graders planted herbs in recycled milk cartons, and read "Where Does the Garbage Go?" yesterday during club! Lincoln Elementary Team Sisson Mary Pat Wise 🪴❤️🌏

One of my fav. review day activities. Think “Taboo” for math. One student with their back to the board and their group tries to get them to guess the words on the screen. Gets students talking about math with no inhibitions. One student said “we should play this once a week!” 🥰
