So I smiled through my fear of heights. You can see how I'm clinging on for dear life but look at what happens when I have a word with myself...

So I told myself to relax. I'd clipped myself on to the red rope so I knew I couldn't fall. I just needed to let my brain& body know that all was well, despite my fear.😁

Ok, so not the best photo but the message is clear. Change just one thing or one way of doing something and you will experience a positive change.😁Maybe you need to add just one thing,10 sit-ups while the kettle boils, 30 minute for your current project... It's just one thing.
