SMHS HOSA has made it to International Competition!

San Marcos HOSA representing the State of Texas at HOSA ILC Opening Session!

Eva has advanced to round two of her event! She is officially an HOSA International Competition finalist!

Eva Moore places third in Home Health Aide at HOSA ILC! This is the highest finish for our SMHS HOSA students in the last decade! There were over 10,000 competitors at HOSA International Leadership Conference and over 200 in her event! We couldn’t be prouder!

The first SMHS HOSA meeting of 24-25 was a massive success! 96 perspective members came to hear about what we do! Big thanks to Pres. Addy Chomel for having such a great presentation, officers working crowd control and SMHS administration for allowing an advisory meeting time!!

SMHS EMT students got down and competitive today while racing against each other to identify the correct pathway of the blood through systemic circulation! Pictured is the winning group who earned extra credit points and accolades!

CTE Lunches return for 24-25!Today, HS CTE students are at Miller, showcasing Robotics, Health Science, and Teaching & Training by teaching middle school students about the programs and opportunities.

It’s Goodnight’s turn for CTE Lunches. SMHS Health Science, Teaching & Training, and Robotics students returned to the middle schools this week to demonstrate for the Goodnight Rattler Nation.
