Verizon Again the routers not supported if I turn off services. But yet all three services work on it currently. And they work just fine. Thank you!

Verizon Again a customer of 20 years why would I have been given a replacement router that I have to rent from you. Going to be honest it's always a song and dance when I reach out to you guys for something.

Verizon If that was the case why haven't you reached out to me to upgrade it? It's only when I want to downgrade something that it becomes a problem. Very poor customer service. Ashamed at myself for recommendeding your company to so many people

Verizon And by the way this is the only time I've ever asked to downgrade something. It's always been upgrades and more charges and more money that I have to pay. I will not be recommending your company to anybody ever again
