#grenfell tragedy was a series of unforgivable events culminating in murder. Culture, race and class were the greatest contributing factors to the deaths of 72 innocent people. They were real people, with real dreams, real childhoods and real lives. Where is the justice.

Not many better ways to spend a Sunday morning, coffee, Lionesses World Cup final and playing dinosaurs in the garden with my four year old. Given up buying the Sunday papers, as apparently said four year old doesn’t see that as part of his dad’s morning routine.

I have not had medication for 2 weeks. Those who understand #mentalhealth will know how this can impact someone. Apparently my repeat prescription ran-out. [email protected] have been great, but CLMP have been nothing but difficult #harlow #essex 2/2

The news of BMAT school #SFG is to close due to safety/structural issues is shocking, but no surprise. Parts of the construction industry are broken. The company that built SFG also built the Paragon Estate which was evacuated/subject to £75m safety/structural remediation

Almost eight months with a single drop of alcohol. I wasn’t an alcoholic, but I did have an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. I didn’t drink very often, but when I did it was too excess, all or nothing leading to choices that contradicted my moral compass. #sober #alcoholfree

If you haven’t got the exam results you hoped for, try not to stress. I left school with 2 GCSEs & I have done pretty well. Keep a calm head, don’t make any rush decisions & talk to your parents/family/friends/teachers. Everyone is on their own journey #exams #GCSEResults #harlow

That said, I will always encourage my two boys to try their hardest at school. But I really do think 16 is such a young age to decide on your career and the direction of your life. As long as they are happy and feel as though they can talk to me, we are doing ok.

I have spent the last 15 years trying to explain what I do for a job. I am yet to nail it.

Why are parents still buying, or allowing the use of, E-scooters for their children. With the terribly sad news of the young boy who lost his life in #churchlangley how can parents think their children using these illegal vehicles is safe? #harlow #essex #escooters

Also, in my opinion, wearing a helmet whilst riding a bicycle should be law. Yes it wouldn’t stop all injuries/deaths but it would reduce accidents and some life changing injuries. #bicycle #helmet #bike
