Do not sleep after Fajr 🖍️ Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “The Salaf (rıghteous predecessors) disliked that one sleeps between the times of Fajr and sunrise because it is the time of gain and the distribution of provision and blessings (by Allāh).” [Madārij As-Sālikīn]

Ḥasan al-Baṣrī رحمه الله said: "Death exposes the reality of the dunya, so a wise man should not feel contentment in it." [ابن أبي الدنيا في الهم والحزن ٩٢]

Eating with your spouse from the same plate brings blessings and connection. Prophet Muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said, “Eat together and do not eat separately, for the blessing is in being together.” Sunan Ibn Majah 3287
