I introduced Senate Bill 4, allowing churches/religious institutions & nonprofit colleges to build 100% affordable housing on their land. SB 4 sets the zoning & approves the housing by right, avoiding lawsuits, appeals, etc. SB 4 is a game changer for affordable housing.
