I was excited to celebrate a $3 million investment in school-based student mental health services for our kids in Western Kentucky. A special thank you to Murray State University for partnering with WKEC to build a mental health workforce for our schools!

Discover Korea students sought a comprehensive understanding of “wellness” by exploring populations outside higher ed. Had an opportunity to explore a lifelong learning institute (e.g. senior adults), hagwon, schools for deaf-blind, and middle-high schools.

The Discover Korea group participated in the “discover” phase of the program over the weekend. The discover phase included socio-cultural activities that contributed to wellness.
