Apparently, tuiuk’s branch managers don’t know their own policies. Swansea store manager (after checking with his staff member) told us it will be £50 per person to make booking changes (this was 5 weeks before flight), but got stung with £2k fee! Want to cancel, but trapped!

It gets worse tuiuk, after this bomb shell I emailed the store only to be told, and I quote, “it’s a case of he said, she said”. Really don’t trust this childish man not to ruin our holiday for us, but we’re trapped as will loose most of our money if we cancel. Screw you TUI…
