Ray Riverstorm - He was working as a detective at WPD, but he decided to quit at some point (it has nothing to do with his missing leg) as he was stubborn and hard to work with. He’s basically this “difficult genius” type. Yet, he’s kinda a mentor and father-figure to Neville.
