The piece depicts Islamophobia. However, I didn't want her to seem helpless. The surrounding hands consist of negative commentary heard by Muslims. Yet, she is untouched, there's a barrier, which is the Arabic phrase meaning "In the name of God". Her faith gives her resilience.
