Max Speed PR - 34.25km/hr🚨 Crazy what a bit of competition can do. Raced one of my teammates straight after shuttle runs in training tonight. I still think a true top speed PR is higher however I’ll take it - felt a little fatigued before. Goal line -> halfway line [~45/50m]

Nice 3-1 win today against West Dumbarton Colts - into the next round of the cup😮‍💨 Bagged 2 Goals & 1 Assist which I’m pleased for [8 G+A - 6 games] Unfortunate to not keep a clean sheet towards the last 5 mins of the game. Unreal performance from the squad all round👏 GPS⬇️

Another session with @thetechnicalplyr in the bag. The weather was heavy acting up today - one minute sunny, the next tropical rain. More of a technical session today focusing on sharp crisp passing with a good touch across the body - opening the hips🪄🕺 Finished with shuttles

Another 1-1 in the bag with TheTechnicalPlyr👣 Joint session with Femi today which allowed us to add some variation to the drills. Today was primarily focused around receiving the ball on the back foot⚽️ Sped up the clips today since there was so much repetition😅

Fitness!🫁💨 Due to forfeits & bad weather, I’ve not played as many 11s games in the last several weeks. To accommodate I’ve reimplemented the John Terry treadmill workout to keep the legs ticking over. 13 Reps secured today. PR. 15 reps🔜 12% Incline 18KM/hr 20s ON 40s OFF
