Year 6 had a beautiful start to the day as parents and children came together for our 1st Lenten prayer time. We reflected on the 1st two stations of the cross and Christ's sacrifice Sue O'Malley #Romeroreflects
We sent some of our fantastic year 6 writers' poetry to Pie Corbett! He was very impressed and had it published onto a poster for us. We are all thrilled! Well done children Sue O'Malley Romero MAC

This week our Year 6 have been studying the poem 'Dulce et Decorum Est' by Wilfred Owen. After analysing the poem, they created this moving video to go alongside their reading of the poem Sue O'Malley
Year six spent the week studying various poems. Using Pie Corbett 'Wing's' poem, they gathered vocabulary and phrases to write their own 'If I were winter' poems, portraying winter as a malevolent force. Here's a taster of their fantastic work Sue O'Malley
