Per Article 10 of the Constitution, Sohrab Barkat was supposed to be produced before a magistrate within 24 hours of arrest. Today, we waited in the NCCIA court, but FIA did not appear or present Sohrab. As a result, we have filed a habeas petition, to be heard by IHC tomorrow
