Today I went horseback riding with someone who needs a lesson on the expert-novice paradigm. And I will never go horseback riding again.

In short, distractions *leave a wake* To reduce them, we just gotta systematically work through them: → Reduce student lateness → Streamline colleague interruptions → Secure exemplary behaviour → Ban smartphones → Remove distracting displays → Etc

I’d love to see one avenue of establishing an RPP be through coupling of EDD & PHD students to really tackle and surround a problem of practice.
