Instead of sharing the images of scorched and mangled bodies, I honestly can only share this. No father should ever have to do this. No human being should ever have to witness this. I don’t understand how anyone with a heart can defend this.

Rain or shine this is the line pretty much any time of EVERY DAY! Worst part is you go in and there are maybe 2 counters open!!! Ontario Ministry of Transportation why can’t we make appointments at the drive test center, instead of aimlessly waiting and being late to work!!!!

After receiving a last minute flight cancellation notice then waiting for the supervisor to figure it out for more than an hour, she just hangs up. No explanation, nothing. Just hangs up americanair flight cancellations are one thing but the customer service is HORRID!!!
