Day 1 of London Racing Against Drugs today. 350 Grade 5 students moving through community partners’ pitstops - hands-on learning connected to the Grade 5 Health curriculum!

This week, over 1600 Grade 5 students from London District Catholic School Board and Thames Valley DSB took part in Racing Against Drugs, rotating through 11 educational "pitstops" lead by community partners. The aim of this program is to increase health and safety knowledge particularly around drugs and alcohol.

It’s Racing Against Drugs week! We will have over 2000 Grade 5 students taking part in this interactive program involving many community partners. The learning is directly connected to the Grade 5 Health & Phys-Ed curriculum, focusing on how to make healthy and safe choices.
