in R11A near the first 3D Loop, there's a singular invisible block. you can actually get to it without debug mode! though its a lot easier in CD96 since they removed the warp removal at the beginning of R11... this block doesnt exist in the remake btw 🥀

in R11C/R11D, there's a singular Anton just below the stage you can actually get it on screen without debug mode, and still live. i dunno if you can interact with it tho this was removed in the remake as well

okay miracle edition aside, it's really funny to me how people tone down sonic cd to just exploration and nothing else, when it's literally the only 90s classic sonic game with a time attack mode 💔 the closest thing there is to it in the other games is s3k's competition mode
