Whoever Namma Bengaluru ‘Town Planners’ are they must be taken ideally to nearest wall & shot without any trial! But then, there maybe no wall, so tie an anchor to their legs & drown them. Even in Mumbai where I stayed for 25 years I have not seen such flooding in peak monsoon.
