In exactly 2 weeks time we will putting the last few touches together for the private view of the Rycotewood Furniture Summer Show 2018. Monday 18 June 6-8pm @CityofOxfordCol campus. Come along and see some outstanding furniture by our talented students.

We challenged 10 furniture students at Rycotewood Furniture to create a piece of storage from 3 cubic metres of red oak - the finished pieces are all unique and beautifully crafted. americanhardwood.org/index.php/en/e…

Rycotewood Furniture BA students spent Tuesday at Paul Wilkinson's photography studio in Haddenham on Tuesday. We are looking forward to seeing the final images of their work, individual portraits and the 'team photo'. Thanks to Paul for being an excellent host.
Year 2 FdA Rycotewood Furniture students are nearing the end of their Advanced Communications module. They have used AutoCAD, 3DSMax and Photoshop to produce some great presentations.

A (not surprisingly) quiet Saturday Sylva Foundation but Sunday was busier Oxfordshire Artweeks exhibition of Rycotewood Furniture work with furniture and art by a wide range of woodworkers. Exhibition conts. Sat/Sun 26/27 May. Pieces on display and for sale include the production table.
