Finally! Jim Smith (Gravity) 👑👑👑 is on trails I know. We love hiking up Table Rock. It’s a moderately challenging day hike that takes a few hours up and back, a 7 mile round trip that climbs 2,000’ to a summit. The website says “very strenuous,” but my 9 year old managed fine. 👍🏻

Buy a cat tower: "Nah, fam. That ain't it." 🐈‍⬛🐈 Stack some cinder blocks: "We are queens and conquerors, dare ye not to encroach upon our domain."

All the sounds my baby makes when she’s trying not to go to sleep I make when I’m trying not to wake up.

There are several Exceptionally Annoying™️ phases in early childhood. One we’re in now is, “My runny nose really bothers me but I don’t yet know how to blow out through my nose into a tissue.” 🤧 Fortunately, this phase only lasts for a year or two and entails endless whining.

Labor Day weekend was our last chance to hit the water park. 😊

I make it a point to smile upon and laugh with my children, because I want them to know their father delights in them.

Enjoyed a pool party lunch to celebrate a child from our Sunday school class, and then enjoyed some time on the tractor to celebrate Labor Day. 🚜 (Made it half way through my larger pasture; have to tend about 6 acres overall, the rest being woods in sore need of trails… 🪓)
