It's wild how many young folks of color know and understand the workings of non-profits, but not philanthropic foundations. The inaccessibility is outrageous and contributes to how white the philanthropic sector is.

Really interested to see the details on the 39% of overlap of the #100Forms100Days from GrantAdvisor @tagtechorg. Foundations are ready to change - this data analysis is the much needed evidence to make the case to foundation staff and leadership!
