1/2 Simon Calder it seems the saga of the easyJet flight from Montenegro runs and runs - they keep saying they can’t find our booking to process compensation, they certainly found it to take payment and to give us seats on the flight

2/2 Simon Calder we are not the only ones having this issue. The compensation isn’t something easyJet have kindly offered it’s their basic legal obligation. They even tried to charge us for water + snacks until a senior crew over ruled it! We had been without for 9 hours!!

1/2 British Airways you left us stranded in Montenegro when it went red, after hours on hold I managed to speak to someone about a refund/voucher for our unused flight. You said you would come back to me within 24-48hrs it’s now 65hrs and counting Simon Calder
