If every single time somebody calls you are playing the “we are currently experiencing high call volumes” then I’d suggest that’s normal call volumes and maybe you need more people.

The amount of money the Liberals are spending in Bennelong is…. Well it’s a lot. So many coreflutes. So much direct mail. I thought they might have stopped after their candidate kept appearing in the SMH and not in a good way, but nope.

What would be helpful from the travelling press pack is a list of electorates the leaders visited in the last 3 days of campaigning. What they say now is far less interesting now where they go. Would give us a “seats to watch” list.

So…. 194km of rail. Six stations. About 6.5m people. Tokyo - Nagoya. 341km. 12 stations, but only 4 that the fastest train stops at. About 43m people. Huge ridership. And the Shinkansen is expensive to ride. Making it stack up will be, um, challenging.
