I always say there's no rich person in Ghana. You're as rich as ur environment. The grim reality is when one has an emergency,he will be rushed to the same facilities as the ordinary person. You can't out-earn a poor system. It will still harm you.

Personally, I think we should be okay with having a great conversation with a stranger and leaving it at that. Exchanging contacts isn’t always necessary. One of the beautiful things in life is being able to remember a good conversation with a random person and move on.

The worst is not even having no beds, it's not having a system that can advise the ambulance where to go before they start knocking on doors. There should be a central system that tells them, best to go UGMC because Ridge is full.
