I had the pleasure of nominating Sabra Klein Sabra Klein Lab as the Center for Vaccine Research trainee invited speaker this year. She gave a fabulous talk about sex differences in immunity and interacted with various trainees and faculty. Thanks Dr. Klein for visiting and sharing your insights! πŸ’‰πŸ¦

Had such a great time at American Society for Virology #ASV2024 this past week 🦠 I didn’t present this year and got to just enjoy networking and learning πŸ˜ƒ Love getting to hear about all things virology, and it’s always so fun to learn more about current and past Center for Vaccine Research members work.

Is this heaven? No, it's #Pittsburgh. What an incredible morning in the Steel City. I had hoped to capture the moon but when this fog rolled in I knew we were in for some amazing scenes, and the view from the West End was perfect. Check out those shadows on the fog. Just insane.
