Something that needs a very close eye on. The solution needs to involve new funding, increased investment in the sector, not rebadged repurposed old money.

This is much needed, but it is extremely complex and will need very careful implementational planning in order secure an equitable system that provides both certainty and sufficiency, whilst avoiding a multitude of possible unintended consequences. tes.com/magazine/news/…
