New Year, New start! Resolutions not really my thing but I will lose weight this year (a fully mobile back would help!)

My first #parkrun of 2019. Not as fast as I'd like but pretty consistent pace

After another week with a bad back and physio on Friday. Went out for a 2 miler today.... ... tripped up and cut knee & elbow after 2k... ☹

1 year ago today I achieved ticked another off the bucket list #LondonMarathon

Goo luck TCS London Marathon crew. Especially those Children with Cancer UK Children with Cancer UK Events runners. Had a blast last year. Enjoy it!

4 miles no stopping (Just about) first time for months. Hoping no reaction from my back. Amazing how the sunshine lifts the mood

6 miles tonight after work. First time in over 6 months #aching

Enjoyed a 7 mile run around Carsington Water today. First run over 10k for best part of 10 months. A bit hilly in places but fantastic day for it #ukrunchat

5 miles this afternoon. Found a decent place to be 'out of the way' and run freely in the local hills #running #training

Still feel very lucky to have celebrated my 40th Birthday by running the 2018 TCS London Marathon for Children with Cancer. It was hot and I was slower than I should have been but it was all about the 26.2 miles Children with Cancer UK Children with Cancer UK Events #onetimeonly #marathon
