Today the students had the chance to run through the menu for next week's Employer Engagement Event. They started the day picking their own ingredients, right through to serving the finished dish. We also hope you like our Growing Relationships inspired dessert. @cheftogo

Over the past few weeks, students have been creating menus based on a range of themes. Today's theme is burgers. Cheese Burger / Filet of Fish / Pork & Chorizo and Falafel. Served with homemade sauces and chips.

Cakes for Governors. Mince Pies, Winter Fruit Chocolate Cake, Apple Crumble Blondie, Lemon Drizzle and Crunchie Millionaire Shortbread.

Three Days, Two sittings a day! Rummies Xmas Dinner expertly prepared by our students. Traditional & Veggie Dinner followed by Sticky Toffee Pudding / Christmas Mess or Mince Pie.

A group of our 6th students spent the morning work with @cheftogo in Bolton Town Hall for an event targeting corporate sponsorship for this year's BoltonFoodFest. The morning was a great success and the start of a great year of events for our students.

Eat your heart out Greggs. Students have made, Beef and Onion Pasties, Sausage Rolls, Cheese and Ham Slice and Vegan Shepard's Pie.
