Found this modified Spike Ball game for 3-5 called King/Queen of the Court! The King/Queen serves the ball, the game continues until a student misses the ball, double hit, or doesn’t hit the ball inside the hoop. Great instructional video I found here: youtu.be/8yrNiNVHLTU

Cone Air Hockey! 🏒🥅 Phone warmup game that can be incorporated into a ladder system to provide that competitive element. Same concept can work outdoors with balls being rolled too.

Played “MY NAME IS… as a mixer today with 1st Grade. Substitute Rock, paper, scissors with “my name is.” “Shoot” is substituted by the student’s name. I played along and learned everyone’s name. #physed.
